Really helpful and competent staff, exceptionally clean rooms.

A great selection of meals for breakfast, including croissants, fresh bread, cereal, eggs, and cheese. Comfortable bed in single room with an ironing set, a work desk, and satellite TV.

The service was good and the location was comfortable. The airport was 25 km away. The staff there were respectful and knowledgeable. We greatly enjoyed the convenience of the double room for internet.

The breakfast had a huge variety of options and croissants, breads, cereal, eggs, and cheese were outstanding. The double room for internet had basic facilities you need. The location turned out to be convenient, so close to the aiport, the bus station and egg and the island. Also, it was at a walking distance from a cozy aquarium.

I had brilliant 2-night stay here! I loved my spotless and airy room with a bedroom as well as such good air conditioning. Good services were available. The restaurant was modern and the food was appetising.

The bathroom was old, I didn't like it.

The food was excellent, we had croissants, fresh bread, cereal, eggs, and cheese for breakfast. Hopefully the room was spotless and cheap with 2 beds en-suite as well as a safe. The location was perfect and magnificent, right by huge sandy beaches, night life and the bus station and egg.

The hotel had a decent and comfortable location very close to the port of San Antonio. As for me, rooms were spotless for internet, they offered wake-up service.

Incredible and stunning location in San Antonio, right by many bars and restaurants, bus station and central san antoni, and the beach and harbour. Also, in a lovely quiet spanish area. Absolutely spotless, bright units provided with a safe, beer, for instance. Reasonably priced food served, like croissants, bread, eggs, bacon, and cheese.

The hotel had indeed a quiet and prime location in a residential area. It was also not far from bus station as well as the port of San Antonio.

I can't believe the quality of this hotel for the price! It's incredible! Stayed here 7 times and it's like a second home. The staff are lovely and can't do enough for you. The rooms have been recently updated, which is a bonus. The pool area is spacious with plenty of sunbeds. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to the clubs and restaurants. Everything is clean and exactly as pictured. Each room has its own private balcony, which is a nice touch. A special shoutout to the staff for accommodating my need for a fridge for my medication. The menu at the hotel is amazing with a wide selection of food at great prices. The pool area is fantastic and offers great views.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good location, good food and very good value for money

Very noisy and young guests with little consideration for other guests, running through the corridors and banging on doors late at night. Very loud music still being played in the bar into the early hours of the morning.

The maids, and 24 hour reception staff were very helpfull, if you were in your room when the maids came, they made sure to come back later and always changed towels and bed clothes every day
